Jason Foster is a founding principal of 42 North Consulting.
He leads our Finance/Accounting and Strategy practices.
Jason has over 20 years of finance and strategy experience in the private equity/start-up sectors.
He focuses on working alongside CEOs and corporate leadership teams to develop and implement practices and efficiencies required for sustained growth and/or disposition.
He has extensive experience advising on a wide range of matters, including financial compliance, growth strategies, M&A, joint ventures and partnerships, business valuations, and complex corporate structuring. The clients he advises come from the consumer goods, manufacturing, biotechnology, agriculture/hemp, healthcare and financial services sectors.
His experience in private equity, combined with his personal experience in the start-up sector, bring a relevant and valued perspective to our clients.
Jason received an MSRED and a Sloan Master of Finance from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College. Jason is an instructor and thesis advisor at the MIT Center for Real Estate.
